Abraham C. Weiss, Esq., is a junior partner with the Firm. Abraham’s practice is focused in the areas of Real Estate, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning and related matters. Mr. Weiss received his J.D. degree from Pace University School of Law in 2005. During law school Mr. Weiss interned for the White Plains Legal Aid Society where he represented indigent clients in chapter seven bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Weiss became involved in Estate Planning as an associate with the Law Offices of Sol Herskowitz where he handled a wide range of Estate Planning, Probate and Real Estate Matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Weiss worked as in-house counsel for IDT Corporation where he was responsible for various commercial and real estate matters. Abraham is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA).
